4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Google Pay, iDEAL Wero, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, MobilePay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa or Bank Deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
5. Delivery
We will not be liable for any delay in, or failure of, delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example carrier delays, customs, or severe weather). Where a delay occurs, we will contact you and do our best to resolve it quickly.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We accept returns provided the item was purchased within the last 30 days, is unused and in its original packaging, and is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue any refund due to your original payment method within 14 business days, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items returned in a used or unsaleable condition may not be eligible for a full refund, as set out in that policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in the courts of Austria or of your own country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Termination Clause
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Reasons for Termination may include but are not Limited to:
Breach of Terms and Conditions: Violating any rules set out in our legal agreements.
Abusive Behavior: Using abusive language when interacting with customer service representatives.
Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to use stolen credit cards, false identities, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
