We don't do sales
Pricing policy · Dermfix GmbH
We don't
do sales.
You will never see a Black Friday banner on this site. No countdown timers, no flash discounts in January.
Here is why.
What a year of pricing looks like
A discount is an admission
When a company cuts 30% off in November, it is telling you something about the other eleven months: the price was 30% too high. Someone who bought in October paid too much. Someone who buys in December will wonder what they missed.
We would rather price our panels correctly and leave them there.
The maths behind the price
We sell direct. There is no distributor margin, no retail markup, no reseller taking a cut between our warehouse and your door.
~40%
of the retail price of a comparable panel that we simply do not have to charge you
We would rather pass that on every day than hold it back and hand it to you once a year with a countdown clock attached.
What you get instead
-
The price
It stays put
The price you see today is the price in November, in January, and next spring. If you find a Dermfix panel cheaper elsewhere, something is wrong — tell us.
-
mW/cm²
Measured output, not marketing figures
We measure the irradiance of every model ourselves with a spectroradiometer, and publish the readings with the distance they were taken at. Most “up to” figures in this industry are taken at the LED surface, where nobody sits.
-
3 years
Warranty and support inside the EU
Our panels ship from EU stock. Returns and service are handled here, not sent back to a factory in Asia.
-
Over 20 years
Two decades of phototherapy engineering
We built medical UVB devices for dermatology before red light panels existed as a consumer product. The same engineering goes into the RLF range.
If you were waiting for a sale
Don't. Buy when you are ready, at a price that was never inflated to make a discount look impressive.

Since 2022, EU law has required that any advertised “previous price” be the lowest price charged in the preceding 30 days. Compare a few competitors' November prices against their October ones and see how many hold up.
